1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or connecting your WhatsApp Business account to Frontia, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Service description
Frontia is a Tech Provider that lets you connect your own WhatsApp Business Account and send and receive messages through Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API. You remain the owner of your WABA and your numbers; Frontia operates messaging on your behalf and per your instructions.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be a legitimate business, provide accurate information, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
4. WhatsApp use
When using WhatsApp through Frontia you agree to comply with the Meta Platform Terms, the WhatsApp Business Policy, and the WhatsApp Messaging Policy. This includes obtaining recipient opt-in before messaging them and using only approved templates for business-initiated messages.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Frontia to send spam or illegal, deceptive, or abusive content, or to circumvent messaging limits or Meta policies. Violations may result in immediate suspension and restriction of your WABA by Meta.
6. Fees
Use of Frontia may be subject to subscription fees. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta directly to the payment method configured on your account. Fees are detailed in your plan.
7. Intellectual property
Frontia and its software are owned by Frontia Operations, Inc. You retain ownership of your data, templates, and content. You grant us a limited license to process them in order to provide the service.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost messages or restriction of your account by Meta.
9. Termination
You may cancel and disconnect your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service for breach of these terms or of Meta policies. After termination, we delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
